RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind after receiving your order? We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. These are the easy 3 steps for returning your Niati Style Studio purchases.
1. Inform:
You need to share the name and image of the product via an email to support@niatistylestudio.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. Once we approve your return request, the next step is initiated.
2. Return:
Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by packing it safely back into the original box. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the product is shipped.
3.Refund:
Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. After a quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds Policy.
REFUND POLICY
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied with any other offer. The coupon code has 1 year validity from the date of issue.
Applicable Deductions:
- A total deduction of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be made towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to us.
- Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
- For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
- For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹100 towards the shipping by us to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.
- A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order and then returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of TWO refund codes tracing back to the original order.
- Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹100) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, order cancellation requests will not be accepted.
1. For COD orders, we will call you/WhatsApp you for the order confirmation before shipping.
2. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full if you choose to receive a refund-coupon-code against your order. In case you choose for monetary refund for your prepaid order, then the refund will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges.
Damaged Product Received:
All our products go through a stringent Quality Check and are packed with utmost care. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:
1. Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product which clearly show the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package at support@niatistylestudio.com and attach all the necessary proof for faster resolution. We will respond to your email within 48 hours.
2. Reverse Pickup: Once your return is approved and we verify that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us and bear the shipping charges.
3.Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.
